Angel Card: Serenity

All of us are in need of peace, especially with all the life shifts and events, tossing life upside down at times and give us a feeling of unease. The Angels want you to know that "Serenity" should be the focus. When things seem a bit unbalanced and you feel stress and anxiety in your life, focus on the word "Serenity" and welcome it in your presence. Sometimes we can get so involved in our daily routine or obstacles and we forget that PEACE is always with us. We just have to call upon it.

This week is a good time to meditate and if you don't know how, look for a group or class in your area and get involved. You could also listen to soft music which will help you to relax. With all the motion that has been going on in the Universe, we are in great need of PEACE. The Angel of Serenity is by your side, ready to give you this balance. Angels do not interfere until you request they join you in your need. They are also waiting for your prayers or call for aid. Pay attention to what goes on inside and around you.  Angels are known for sending signals. You do not want to miss what you prayed for.

Our breath is a very important part of our internal navigator and breathing in peace and blowing out what no longer serves you can be very beneficial. Focus on your heart center and ask to feel the warmth of love and serenity flow through this loving and healing space.

And Bless me with your Love.
